Danny Salazar Early Afternoon in America
The Purpose of This Post

Regarding Danny Salazar, What the People Are Saying
With regard to Danny Salazar, one comment people are making all over the place is, “He’s starting this afternoon against Detroit.”

Regarding Danny Salazar, What Else the People Are Saying
Also apropos Danny Salazar, another thing you’ll hear the people say is, “He’s both young and hard-throwing.”

Regarding These Sorts of Comments, Their Accuracy
While the thoughts and opinions of the vulgar crowd are often a byword for misinformation, in this particular case, they seem to’ve struck the right note so far as Danny Salazar is concerned.

A Potentially Useful Note with Regard to Danny Salazar’s Splitter
In his most recent start, at Atlanta, Danny Salazar threw his splitter — a pitch which itself has restored sight to the blind and ambulatory powers to those who previously lacked them — threw that formidable offering only nine times (out of 77 total pitches), inducing zero swings and misses from it.

Regarding That Potentially Useful Note, The Author’s Reaction
Surprise, and other behaviors resembling surprise.

When all is said and done today, I’ll want to’ve seen this afternoon’s free game.

And that Verlander kid’s supposed to bring some sweet stuff, too.

Yeah, the fact that Verlander is going to put up 4 WAR in a down season shows he just might be able to live up to that insane contract.
