Congratulations Jeff. Have loved your articles and think you have been among the few who generally got what the Rays were doing and why. As a Rays fan, I am thrilled you have joined the organization.

Maybe Fangraphs should have mandatory subscription fees so they can retain some of the talent. That being said Baseball Prospectus loses people all the time and they do.
I think it’s the nature of the opportunities in MLB that Jeff et al. have received, not the money, that is the major draw.

Sam was Ben’s co host on effectively wild before Jeff and Sam left because of his ESPN gig so he’s not gonna be the replacement.

Can I be the next co-host? That way Jeff or Sam will come back as quickly as possible to prevent the destruction of the podcast.
