Just end mid inning pitcher changes except for injury and add a pitch/bat clock. Would increase scoring and reduce game time more than the increased scoring did. I am not sure why baseball thinks it can be competitive in the long run with a 19th century product.

I know revenues are up, but that is built partially on fleecing taxpayers for stadiums, and on the last gasps of TV providers to hold onto audience through live events. Once those two things hopefully collapse) the game will need to make some adjustments. Might as well start now.
