Carson Cistulli has published a book of aphorisms called Spirited Ejaculations of a New Enthusiast.
As documented in a recent NotGraphs post, Carson Cistulli may be as polarizing as cilantro, but the chemistry that he and Perry have on a (should be) weekly basis is undeniable.
That the Dayn Perry episodes are the only worthwhile episodes of FanGraphs audio is in part a testament to the duo and part a protest of Dave Cameron’s insistence on recording via short-wave radio.
Good for you, Well-Beered Englishman. Good for you.
Indeed, congrats to Well-Beered Englishman, for showing us it is not only faith but good deeds that get us back in the good graces of Dayn Perry.
Waking up to find these comments, without yet having heard the podcast, has my curiosity well and truly piqued.
Lately, whenever someone tells me they have a question, I’ve been yelling out: “QUESTION TIME,” in a very Dayn Perry voice.
Nobody gets the joke.
I’ve tried to explain it, at least once that I remember.
I may have missed it, but where does the “QUESTION TIME” sample come from?
Question Time is a BBC panel show usually with 5 guests from the main political parties and other noted commentators or public figures take questions from members of the public and debate the issues of the day.
The sounder is taken from the theme music.

I wonder whether a Tshirt could help promote Notgraphs brand awareness, or more specifically this podcast’s. I know I’d buy a few.
The front could simply read “Question Time” and then the back could be…well, I’m not paid to write the back. I’m an ideas man, Michael. I think I proved that with Fuck Mountain.
The back could just have some of the funniest questions?
1 on each shirt I would say
In Canada, we had Consumer’s Distributing. Mais, pour les canadienne-française, le nom de c’est magasin est Distribution aux Consommateurs. I, many years ago, bought a Wayne Gretzky doll. Go Oilers. Okay, then, back to drinking…

If Carson and Dayne had a daily morning show, I would listen religiously. I don’t know what it is, but their banter never ceases to take my attention hostage. You never know where they are going with their discussions.
I’d be curious to know the numbers of downloads of each podcast.
Agreed.
I thought this podcast was hilarious. I was out of control- laughing, giggling, guffawing…
…and then I got banned. Take it from me, kids, always post responsibly.
Argh. I hate it when I have to go over a week “sans” Dayne & Carson. Damn it, once a week guys! At least!
