About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology by joining Hawk-Eye’s team working with MLB. You will be based in the company’s US Head Office in Atlanta, GA and will be responsible for delivering the company’s services in baseball. You will liaise with on-site staff pre-game to ensure that Hawk-Eye technology is set up correctly and ready for the game; then you will monitor those systems throughout the game, providing assistance to colleagues and clients.

Hawk-Eye will equip you with the technical training, support and full exposure to their systems to perform your day-to-day tasks but also encourage development and progression to help make an impact on what they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting pre-game checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures
• Operating the technologies during the game remotely from Atlanta
• Liaising with MLB and MLB team personnel both on-site and remotely
• Building and maintaining Hawk-Eye hardware and equipment

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A strong technical grounding, ideally with a degree in a science, technology, mathematics or engineering course or relevant equivalent experience
• Bright and enterprising with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative
• Time management skills and ability to work in a high pressure, live broadcast environment
• Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Ideally, an interest in sport and/or sport analysis
