Contract Crowdsourcing 2018-19: Kikuchi and Rosenthal

Free agency begins soon! As in other recent offseasons, FanGraphs is once again facilitating this offseason a contract-crowdsourcing project, the idea being to harness the wisdom of the crowds to the end of better understanding the 2018-19 free-agent market.

Below are links to ballots for two players with interesting free-agent cases. The first is Japanese left-hander Yusei Kikuchi, who is likely to be posted by the Seibu Lions. His numbers can be found here and a scouting report here. The other is Trevor Rosenthal, who was released by the Cardinals last November while recovering from Tommy John surgery. He recently held a workout for teams.

Numbers are prorated to full season where noted. Projected WAR figures from final update of 2018 Steamer forecast.
