Eno Sarris: I don’t think he’ll go to SS, I heard Mookie doesn’t love that position. I think CF is where he’s headed. Maybe longer than my birthday, but I don’t think it’ll be too long. Bradley can go back down to work on stuff, too.

Regarding Latos’ FB velocity, its virtually the same as his first few starts of 2013. First 5 starts of 2013, he averaged just above 90 and topped out at 93-94. Thats very similar to his first three 2014 starts.

Eno Sarris: Interesting. Usually fastball velocity stabilizes after three starts. I’m not a huge fan of his. Feel like velocity very important to him and all pitchers lose velocity. And past injury predicts future injury.

Did you see (or hear) the fans in Toronto Boo Derek Jeter? Every other stadium has given him standing ovations and were cheering his name. Eno Sarris: If I have the DL slot, I keep him. If I need help at his position, I keep him. It takes me a while to drop a guy.
