Carson Cistulli has published a book of aphorisms called Spirited Ejaculations of a New Enthusiast.
I may have laughed out loud when Dave said that he didn’t know what to do after receiving a compliment. Also, I agree with Mr. Cistulli’s comments regarding the good stuff being thrown around.
I haven’t been a follower of Fangraphs Audio, but I wanted to give it a try. I downloaded the latest Dayn Perry edition and am listening to the last Sullivan edition, and I must say that I am hooked. Also, listening to Carson’s voice is like having sex and I’m the one actually doing it.
Cistulli ! I’ve been listening to the podcast for about 6 months now and something has really been bugging me …. What is the first sentence that you say every time right before you say “I’m Carson Cistulli and this is FanGraphs Audio”
i believe it’s “that’s herb alpert and the tijuana brass”
Correct. He is attributing the public domain intro music.

Hopefully he says something else next week.
LOL, I was wondering the same but I’m from Europe, I thought it was me not speaking English as my native language.
This was like a pleasure vacation for me.
