Just thought you would want to know, based off the Taco Bell-PFG Office…. In Phoenix, Arizona (on roughly 7th Ave, maybe 7th street?, and Thunderbird) there is a Dunkin that shares a building with a Long Reality office. If you need to acquire real estate in the Valley of the Sun, I would suggest starting there.

I am going to miss these podcasts more than anything. Dayn Perry’s monthly appearances on FanGraphs Audio are truly the best #content . I would be willing to subject myself to the tyranny and the distortive effects of advertising to keep this alive.
