A true pitcher who successfully went from the bullpen to rotation is CJ Wilson. Dude pitches 230 innings over 4 relief seasons and then pitches 841 regular season innings over the next 4 years. He also jumped from pitching 73 relief innings to 204 innings the next year while producing 4 war.
