So. Mariners can try to trade for Kubel, can try to sign Swisher, stand pat, or _________? Which patron saint should a Mariner fan look to?

What I find hilarious about Dave Cameron is how everything is “by far” or “easy” or “not even close” or “horrible” when in reality it’s not that extreme. Watch for it or read back over his answers. It’s really funny. I don’t know where that stems from, maybe arrogance, but it’s uncalled for. Like a Bourjos for Porcello trade would be “horrible” for Anaheim. That’s just wrong, period. Maybe you could argue that it wouldn’t be good, but horrible is just way too extreme, overstated, but then again a lot of his answers are.
What I find hilarious is how you are complaining about how extreme and overstated Dave’s comments are when you say that, to him, “everything is…” whatever.

At one point a commenter named “Delmon Young” asked “Why doesn’t anyone want me?” and Dave replied, “because you’re terrible.” Obviously this is a joke and Dave recognized it as such. But wouldn’t it be hilarious if one time it really was Delmon Young and Dave told him he was terrible, thinking it was a joke Delmon Young?
