Shouldn’t the bigger concern than the injury history be the fact that’s he’s lost 2 MPH on his fastball velocity in the last 3 years?

I would say he has injury concerns. The Rangers balked at trading for him last summer because of them. I’m sure these concerns would effect many offers he might receive. His 2011 injury was shoulder related. Is the shoulder more a concern than elbow?
