I need some help on Derek Jeter.. 2008 one of the worst seasons of his career, seemed like the regression of an older player. 2009 was one of the best seasons of his career offensively/defensively and he was one of the best players in baseball. This year he seems more like the 2008 version. Whats this about? Was last year a momentary stoppage of the regression? How good can we expect him to be the rest of this year? Any explanation?
