Jonah, how bad could an ankle injury, like the one Bryce Harper suffered today, slow down his development?
Like every other athlete listed as “day to day” with a sprained ankle, Harper’s career is clearly and irrevocably over. If he was a horse, they’d shoot him. The Nats should see what they can get for him while the scent of “prospect” still lingers. Maybe the Brewers can be persuaded to offer Yuniesky Betancourt, straight up.
