I’m an Indians fan. They need a RH bat to play either OF or 1B/. Who do you see as the best possible fit by trade or free agency?

You said no to Lee – what if it was involved in a Figgins move? A RH DH might not be useful, but still better than Figgy

Out of curiosity, let’s assume in one situation the Marlins acquire two pitchers that combine for 8 WAR, in another, they acquire Pujols and he puts up 8 WAR. Would the two situations have the same exact effect on the club, or is there a difference depending if the production comes from the rotation or line up?
That is of course assuming you can guarantee those WAR values. Otherwise, one Pujols injury can lose you 8 war while you are more diversified with the two players.

The latter (Pujols) is better since it’s 8 WAR coming from one roster spot instead of two.
