I just want you guys to know that every time you talk about labor politics I cry a little inside. It bums me out how much the “analytics” mindset seems to tilt straight over into seeing every possible question from management’s perspective.

Location independent house pricing is not predictive in the way a fielding independent pitching measure is – better to be the worst house in a neighborhood than the best – but a calculation of absolute house value could weigh neighborhood factors.
