I like how annoyed Kiley got
For all the great insight and content Kiley brings to the website, it’s getting more and more difficult to skim these podcasts for actual interesting baseball content. At some point will the focus turn to the discussion of players instead of teaching Carson Baseball 101?
They do seem to be stuck in a rut. The introductory tone made a lot of sense for the first 10 of them, but it is starting to wear thin. I am pretty ignorant regarding these things and even I am sick of them.
I love the Kiley-Carson podcasts; they may not be heavy in deep baseball insight, but they’re a ton of fun and I enjoy them immensely. I can read Kiley’s and (I guess) Carson’s articles for the more in-depth stuff. The podcasts are a time to loosen the tie a little. Plus, these two have such a great chemistry.
It would aid things immensely if they’d just annotate it
