FanGraphs T-Shirts for Sale!

The t-shirts actually look like this!

Last year during our very first FanGraphs Event, we gave out FanGraphs t-shirts to everyone who attended and up until this day, those were the only FanGraphs t-shirts that were let loose into the world! Turns out we had some left over, and now we’re selling them for $19.99 each, which includes shipping and handling.

For you t-shirt aficionados, they are Fruit of the Loom brand, 100% cotton, and actually fit quite nice. They come in navy blue, and white. The supply of these is fairly limited, and some of the white ones are out of stock. If there’s demand, maybe we’ll make another batch.

They’re on sale now!

Any plans on making a hoodie or track jacket style? I would prefer either one of those over the T-shirt, but mere fact that you’re making these now is awesome.

Based on the sizes that have sold out so far, FanGraph readers are fatty’s

What was is that Tony Reali said about FanGraphs? I somehow feel this t-shirt would only enhance that. Being married though I wouldn’t have to worry about that… I’m already dateless with little hope of getting past 2nd base. Sign me up!

Yes. In addition to “We’re all gonna go dateless” shits, we need Notgraphs shirts, complete with The Great Ejector logo, and then we need to have a Notgraphs chat where we all promise to wear our Notgraphs t-shirts and then, then gentlemen and gentleladies, we will have won.

And Joe Morgan on the back with a big red X over his face.

Fangraphs T-shirts? Yes. Fangraphs T-shirts that only have the logo? No. And I understand you’re just moving your good product and why not, but you might have an opportunity here to make some good T-shirts with catchy phrases. Certainly some good suggestions given so far.

I agree with this. Plus these would look really great on a black t-shirt as the logo would really stand out…

Too boring. Charlie Sheen’s win probability would just show a straight line at 100%. Britney Spears’ graph would be crazier than Game 4 of the 1993 World Series.

seeing how fangraphs makes the bulk of their money on ads, i’d assume that these could go for almost free to get free advertising. i think they should add better shirts than just a plain logo though, they are pretty boring. maybe funny shirts like the charlie sheen win percentage idea or shirts with a team logo and colors to wear to the ball games.

Jacob Smith

RyanB

I love how some of you are requesting these shirts should be free, because its free advertising. Well if you never leave your house, how is someone going to see the t-shirt other than yourself? Charge away boys, these are great. Next time, make them in green with just the logo (no need for a slogan)

I would definitely add a few more words to it, for instance your brand’s line tag or something like that. It would be more interesting and it is better for your brand promotion.

You can set up a Fangraphs site at cafepress for next to nothing, and then folks can order all sorts of shirts, hoodies, etc. 9in all different cuts, sizes and colors) right from that site.

PLZZZZ GET MORE T-SHIRTS I MUST HAVE ONE

Nathan

I’m sorry to say I’m disappointed in both the quality of the t-shirt material AND the quality of the graphic printed on it. The t-shirt, while a well-known brand, is made of a grade of material that is not very stretchy. If you pull on it, it does not elastically pull back into place, leaving a very disheveled and frumpy look. The graphic is thin and not crisp. I think that I’d be satisfied if the price was $9.99, but at $19.99, the quality is poor. Big frowny…especially after my roto rivals made such flattering comments like, “GEEKTASTIC!”…bummer 🙁

Nathan

Can’t wait for the ‘bacon neck’ to start. I hope the Fangraphs douchbag executive that chose this low quality alternative is enjoying his new Porsche while those of us duped by his chicanery wallow in this inferior t-shirt.
