After reading your Sale piece I noticed he has 3 pitches with a SwStr% over 15%, but he rarely throws his slider and the zone rates on his change and curve are low combined with general control issues. His zone rates in the past have been much better for the change and curve… is this something he can work out with the Rays or is he maybe purposefully throwing them out of the zone (his curve seems to get hammered) |
