Description:
TrackMan is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help oversee their expanding TrackMan Baseball product suite. TrackMan’s proprietary technology captures data and video from hundreds of baseball stadiums across the globe at the professional, collegiate, and top amateur levels. The Senior Product Manager will take ownership of new product initiatives and help drive expansion into new markets. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the requirements gathering, product design, product management, and market roll-out of key TrackMan Baseball products and services.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support TrackMan’s baseball product strategy and overall roadmap by leading one or more new product initiatives, spanning stadium systems, portable systems, and related service offerings.
  • Design, develop, and product manage data-driven, software-based products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with engineering and baseball account teams to set overall product strategy for various customer segments.
  • Create detailed product requirements, oversee UX, and design and development process.
  • Lead market testing and market roll-out of strategically important products and services.
  • Work across all functions of the organization and partner with global partners to develop industry leading baseball-driven consumer experiences and digital products.
  • Supporting and participating in overall TrackMan Baseball product development, ideation and design.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with consumer-focused digital products
  • Experience managing large, complex software products from concept to delivery
  • Experience writing detailed product requirements
  • Strong UX and design experience
  • Strong understanding and love of the game of baseball
  • Experience managing a complex product roadmap
  • Excellent project management and product management skills with general knowledge of software architecture
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic environment with limited oversight
