Each Sports Science Intern will be based out of one of the Padres minor league affiliates (Low-A Lake Elsinore, High-A Fort Wayne, Double-A San Antonio, Triple-A El Paso, or our Complex in Peoria). The role focuses on using data science to derive insights from baseball datasets to support player evaluation, player development, roster construction, and in-game strategy.
