I’m afraid I missed the chat and was hoping someone had an opinion on this situation. Standard 5×5 h2h league, I grabbed Pineda in the 23rd and was now offered Houston Street. I had Broxton so I’m low on saves at the moment. Is that a good deal?
Caveats: 1) I don’t like trading for closers this early. 2) Trade depends on the rest of your rotation. If Pineda is one of your 3 best starters, I wouldn’t do that deal. But if he’s a back of rotation guy for you, and you need saves, it’s a pretty decent deal.
Thanks. I just had Greinke come off the DL and hopefully Oswalt should come off it soon, so I was thinking Pineda could be expendable. I was just worried if there was some issue with Houston Street. Thanks again!
