Can’t make the chat tonight – I’ll be watching with some buddies at a friends’ place – but a couple of things:
-Hope the FG crew rolls deep tonight; it’s a lot of fun as each writer brings something different to the chat table
-This time, the ASG counted! For shame.
-Holliday must be quite hurt
-Many others have said this, but this WS owes nothing to me after the previous six games; its been undoubtedly one I’ll tell my kids about. That said, another “BASEBALL!!” night would be ideal
-These game chats are awesome, and will be even more awesome when I go back and read them years from now (already bookmarked).
Play ball!

Is there some secret to getting comments published in the live feed?
Cuz apparently either all the hosts hate me, or its not working when I hit send
I’ve had the same problem with several comments. I’m assuming there’s some sort of filter to stop them from being flooded.

Game 6 chat was amazing. I was laughing every couple minutes. There was a nice mix of analysis and managerial second-guessing without anyone coming across as a know-it-all. Tonight is so predictable and negative with a lovely smug, smarter-than-thou tone. Enjoy the rest of the game, guys.
The proprietor of this chat just had his panties in a twist because the Mariners weren’t in it of course.

It appears thus far in game seven, the Home Plate Umpire has affected the outcome of the game. Will he screw up the rest of the game? It appears so. Its amazing how one team gets the boarder line calls / out of the zone calls and the other team does not. Is this the sign of the future things to come out of the professional line of umpires? It appears this is a prolific problem throughout professional sports.

The plate umpires blatant inconsistency should be investigated and disciplined regardless of the outcome. What a shame that such a classic series has to be decided by an umpire who has on every pitch possible amd eben not possible favored the cardinals on offense and defense. Hopefully one day we wont need pires amy morend allow computers to call balls and striles. The ge should not be about them.

Wow, phil, i hadnt read any comments when i posted mine but i see im not the only one watching this game and the calls behind the plate. Even the pitch trax has shown it. Too bad they don’t show the pitch trax on every pitch to expose this more.

Say something of value.
Or maybe, just maybe, there are lots of people in the thread, and the world doesn’t revolve around you.

Cards got a few calls on the lefty side of the plate, but I’ve seen worse charts.
