: As far as I know, I was the first to report Garcia hitting 100 mph in instructs. His velo popped after TJ and he’s flashed an above average breaking ball, but he doesn’t have lots of experience and hasn’t been above Low-A. Good flyer to see if he can survive in the deep end.
