Meg Rowley: As those of you who read Eric’s Tuesday chat may have noticed, we are going to be swapping days starting next week to make sure the prospect chats are broken up by non-prospect chats.

Meg Rowley: Though you should all feel ok asking Eric and Kiley non-prospect questions. They know a lot about this baseball thing.

Nostradamaso Marte: How’s your Ichiro reunion feeling?

Meg Rowley: That home run rob may have justified the whole deal, honestly. And then he followed it up with an infield single!

Meg Rowley: Such Ichiro! I still think that signing is going to end uncomfortably, but it has been ok so far.

Kiley McDaniel: I’m here, ready to chat and the pupper is taking a nap behind me no one wake her up

MD: Does Miguel Andujar’s glove project to anywhere off the hot corner? How would his bat project for those positions?

Kiley McDaniel: He can basically play a competent version of any spot on the field, tools-wise, but he hasn’t played many others places. I’m sure he’ll be fine in a corner outfield but long-term he should play 3B.

josh: do you think kyle tucker is ready for the majors now? how should the astros shuffle their OF when he’s up?

Kiley McDaniel: I’d like to see a little more upper level reps but he’s closer than you think. Stealth ROY candidate, though he’ll need a spot to open up since there isn’t really one right now.

JJJones: What do you think about Jahmai Jones going back to second base?  Does he have the skill set to handle it?

TMW: Miguel Sano’s hands look higher again like they were in 2016. K rates back this up (8K in 14PA). He’s gotten two hits (HRs) but was pretty late on one of them. Am I imagining it?

Travis Sawchik: I will have to take a look, but for Sano to truly be an offensive force he needs to get those K rates down a few ticks

Jordan: It seems like every publication is underestimating the Jays, they seem to be solid across the board if unspectacular, currently projected for 5th best record in the AL which amounts to a second wild card but when I see publications of contenders they are nearly omitted.
Is there something I’m missing that’s causing them to be completely overlooked?

Jeff Sullivan: Many publications put a lot of weight on previous season record and offseason activity. The Jays are coming off a bad record, and they didn’t have an astonishing offseason. So it goes
